Pickleball Exercise for Injury Prevention Series

This program will be held each Thursday from Jan 4th to Jan 25th 9-10am. Participants will learn a progressive exercise program to condition muscles, joints and tendons, prevent injuries and improve performance. Learn how to prevent and heal injuries to the shoulders, back, neck, hips, knees, ankles and feet. This workshop is for you if you love Pickleball but suffer from any of the following: arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, ankle sprains, IT band syndrome, plantar fasciitis, degenerative disk disease, etc

Cost is $40 for the series. Attending the entire series is encouraged but please speak to me if you have a schedule conflict.
